Monarch Market Cafe has quietly become my favorite spot for a dirty chai latte. I've had them elsewhere, but here the spice comes through clear and the espresso doesn't get lost. The space is quiet and peaceful, which makes it an easy place to focus for an hour or two. Mad Nice Coffee lives up to its name. The decor is clean and photogenic, all warm wood and soft light, but the real draw is the staff, who are patient and friendly without hovering.
